Privacy
This site collects very little — and says exactly what.
craftagent is a static publication: no accounts, no logins, no user profiles. This policy covers craftagent.cloud and describes what actually happens when someone reads here.
What is collected
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate. It uses no cookies, sets no identifier, does not track readers across other sites, and collects no personal information. The figures are aggregate only — views, popular pages, country, device type — never tied to an individual.
Like any website, the server (Cloudflare) records ordinary technical requests (IP address, browser type) briefly, to operate the site and prevent abuse. The site keeps no separate logs of its own.
Third-party services
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and traffic analytics, handled at the infrastructure layer.
- Google Fonts — some fonts load from Google's servers; when that happens the browser lets Google see the reader's IP address. The primary typeface (Be Vietnam Pro) is served from this site directly, not via a third party.
The site runs no advertising. If you subscribe by email, your address is used only to send new pieces — never sold or shared — and you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting [email protected]. The feedback control at the end of each piece (helpful / not yet, with an optional one-line note) is recorded anonymously and is not tied to the sender’s identity.
Cookies
The site sets no tracking cookies. One small preference (light/dark theme) is stored locally in the reader's own browser (localStorage) and never leaves the device.
Your choices
There is nothing to log out of or delete, because there are no accounts. The analytics script can be blocked with any blocker — the site reads fine without it.
Children
The site is aimed at adult technical readers and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
When this policy changes, the updated date at the top will change to match.
